MCJFA Mission Statement:

The volunteer coaches and league representatives will understand their responsibility as role models to the student athletes that participate in the program. They will strive to set a positive example at all times. They will stress the importance of learning life lessons like responsibility, hard work, commitment, leadership and teamwork. These life lessons will be stressed both on and off the field. The participants will be taught football fundamentals along with the core values of sportsmanship, competition, winning with respect, losing with dignity, and the importance of working together as a team. The league believes that Football is an outstanding tool to transform young boys/girls into young men/women. Through a constant focus and continued commitment to this mission, our goal is to help develop and guide each student athlete to reach their maximum potential.
